A giant “super bowl” stadium is being built for the new Super Bowl, but it’s not expected to be ready to open until next year.

But a new design by architect John St. Clair of the firm W. St Clair & B. Stroud suggests that the massive structure will be completed in 2019.

According to the design, the stadium will be constructed on an elevated plateau, with a roofed, “high” field level on top of it.

“It’s a very unusual type of stadium, because it’s an enclosed structure, and the roof is so high,” St. Louis Cardinals president and CEO Larry Miller said.

Miller said the stadium would be constructed as a temporary facility to replace the existing Cardinals’ home field at AT&T Park, which is slated to close in 2020.

Miller believes the stadium could open in 2019 and is aiming for a completion date of 2019.

“We have no idea when it’s going to open,” Miller said, but added that the new stadium is a significant undertaking that has a long-term benefit to the city and to the Cardinals.

The new stadium will not be completed on time for the 2018 Super Bowl in New Orleans, but St.

Louis County Executive Steve Stenger said he is confident that the stadium can be ready by the 2020 game in New England.

“I think we’ve got a very, very good track record of getting this done, and we’re not going to disappoint our fans,” Stenger told reporters.

“We’ve got to get this done.”

The stadium is designed to be used by the Cardinals’ fans, but fans of the Patriots and Steelers can also attend the game.

The field will have a grass surface for fans to use, and it will be covered with an “intact” concrete dome to prevent the weather from affecting the game’s performance.

The stadium’s design also suggests that its height could be adjusted to suit a variety of seating configurations.

The stadium will feature a seating capacity of more than 17,000 for the home game, and Miller said the capacity could increase to 23,000 in a Super Bowl matchup.

Miller, Stenger and Cardinals general manager John Moores also believe that the Cardinals will have enough revenue to cover the cost of the new $1.5 billion stadium when it opens in 2021.

Miller says the new arena, the first of its kind in the NFL, will be the largest in the United States, and will also feature an outdoor seating capacity for about 5,000 people, including NFL coaches and players.

The team is still in the process of obtaining a new stadium in Baltimore, but a preliminary review of the existing sites indicated that the former Super Bowls Stadium would be an ideal location for a new venue.
