Custom home builder Qiyanan, a company based in Dubai, has built a $14,500,000 home for a family of three for a price tag of $17.8 million.
The home was built in the desert of Oman and features a custom built home, large bedrooms and a custom-built kitchen.
The house is located in the Qayta district of Oman, which is about 70 miles from the capital city of Abu Dhabi.
The company says it plans to expand into Dubai in the next two years.
The Qiyanna Builders website says the home is designed by architect Qiyya Khan, who was a design student at Abu Dhabi’s Al Azhar University.
The website also says the family will spend the rest of their lives there.
The design of the home comes from the designer’s personal tastes.
“The design of this house was based on the design of a man, Qiyayan Khan, a master carpenter and a skilled architect,” the website says.
The family plans to use the home as a vacation home, but the family says the lifestyle is meant to be a celebration of life.
“It is a place where people can live the way they want to live, with no constraints or restrictions, and live in a natural environment,” Qiyannan said.
Qiyasan has built other homes for families with a budget of $10 million or less.
Qiwan Construction Group built a house in Dubai for a couple for $13 million, and another home in the United Arab Emirates for a man and a woman for $17 million.
